How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee the availability of your desired products for your event date. We also accept short-notice requests, but material availability is only guaranteed upon receipt of the signed contract and a 50% deposit.
Can I change the order after I've confirmed it?
Yes, but only up to 48 hours before delivery. After this deadline, any changes can only be accepted if compatible with the logistical organization, and may incur additional costs. We encourage you to contact us promptly: we will do our best to meet your needs, subject to product availability.
Is it possible to see the products in person before placing an order?
Of course! You can visit our showroom in Anagni, only 40 minutes from Rome, by appointment. Our team will be at your disposal to assist you in choosing products.
Where are you based?
Our showroom and operational headquarters are located in Anagni (FR), just 40 minutes from Rome, from where we manage logistics, preparation, and shipments.
Do you deliver throughout Italy?
Yes, we deliver and pick up throughout Italy. Transport costs depend on distance, vehicles used and personnel required for unloading, and are always specified in the quote.
